I am wondering if there are any collector clubs for vintage skid loaders. I have an IH 4140 and wondered if anyone restores them. Mine is in pretty good shape.

Don't know where you are, don't know of any clubs.
Get my skidsteers from a Mennonite in Roaring Spring, PA who repairs and rebuilds and then sells quite a few. Last time I was there he showed me a very early Bobcat he is going to restore. Try googling Keystone Skidloader or Aaron Martin Skidloader.

I am debating an attempt to repair an IH 4120 that's been sitting for at least 10 years. The problem is I don't know why it was parked back then, but everything rubber on it needs to be replaced and the engine is locked up. I will assume the hydraulics will be messed up too. As small of a machine this is, I just don't think it would be worth the money to throw at it to have it fixed.

Word of advice. Check on availability of parts and prices before you start. These older skid loaders parts on some things are not available and if you do find them depending on what you need can really be expensive. Motors aren't normally the problem as a lot of motors were used in different pieces of equipment. Tires are no problem as the same size was used on several machines but its the other stuff. A dealer not to far from me had a jd crawler for sale. wanted 2500 for it. said converter or drive was bad and he didn't want to fix it. good looking machine. I looked up the parts that he said was bad. $2700 just for the part. so be careful and do some checking before you start. just my 3 cents worth.
