Off-road diesel

My 250 gallon tank ran dry today, so I loaded it in the truck and went down to the reservation and filled up for $2.02 a gallon. Topped off the truck for $2.40 a gallon. Last time I bought offroad there was 4 months ago at $1.42.....so not too big of a jump. What is off-road going for in your area?

Last bill for off road was $1.65 per gallon. That was in May of this year. I live in Central Vermont.

Good luck putting off road in a road truck around here. They check and it is a huge fine.

Off-road is tough to buy around here. The oil company wouldn't fill my tank so I sold it. I use a lot less than I used to so now I collect receipts for the annual refund.

My fuel supplier called about three weeks ago and said it was about as low as it was going to go. Came out and toped off our tanks little over 3000 gallon at $ 1.63 farm fuel. Middle Tennessee.

Haven't filled up lately but it is normally only a few cents below road fuel. They really make a killing off of it in my area. You would think that the price difference would be the same as the tax amount but not around here.

paid 1.80, middle of may for 250 gallon off road , that lasts serveral monthes if I only use the little 188 Case diesels . but lately the 4020 deere and 1070 Case have been a knawing on it,.. baling hay with the deere and heavy tillage work with the Case.. so it wont be long gonna have to get some more brought out,,. road diesel can be found as low as 2.09
