Yes. We are just out of thecond warning (with sightings and torn up houses just out of town. Flash flood warning in effect. By back yard has a french drain and has 6 inches of water standing in it. None in the house. We are in the basement listening to the weather. Not much danger right now, We are 2 blocks from the missippi, and 50 feet above river level. Mostly down hill from our house. Jim

My SIL lives about 60 miles SE of you in the NW suburbs.

I too am in the NW burbs (Anoka area). Work overnights, and am up a lot at night on my days off. Last Tuesday we had some real weather come through has well. Four homes were struck by lightning in my city alone, causing fires.

Got lucky this time around as well. Hopefully the neighbors in St. Cloud area are ok, as well as in the Moose Lake area (they got a LOT of rain in a SHORT amount of time).

We had an alert about 1AM Monday but no activity. Also glad to read in the news that it wasn't worse than it was. Glad to hear you guys in that part of the state are safe.
