I have a small Gulfstream Innsbruck travel trailer 16 ft. with double axles. For going to tractor shows.
QUESTION-----On the tongue there is a round ball that looks like it is for a sway bar, but it is only on one side--back about 2 ft. from the ball hitch. Is there such a thing as just one sway bar????? The trailer pulls very well with our Navigator and not even sure it needs the sway bar--bars. Thanks for any help.....

It is a sway control mount. If you run a load eq hitch there should be a hole next to the big ball for a tiny ball. I have one I will give you as I believe they are a false sense of security. If it's properly hitched and weighted there is no need for one .

Not nessarliy so. Weight of tow vehical can be a big factor. I use the load lever bars and the sway bar all the while and you can tell it makes a difference. And yes the sway bar is only on the right side.

I have one on my travel trailer (only one side). I find they help a lot in a cross wind. Nothing will correct an improperly loaded trailer. Trucker is right about the correct hitch also.
