Rear main seal leak?

Well working 4000 Ford "row crop "1964 tractor few days ago notice some small blots of oil running down wall at the back of the oil pan and against the flywheel shield cover 😖
So.... I got to looking around there it really starts to run out good when tractors up to running temp. But it's only coming from one small area in the left center? I thought maybe I didn't get good seal on the oil pan gasket in that area so I tighted the three bolts down few turns more after tractor got hot but still leaks/: my question is.... If it is a rear main is it inside the oil pan area or do I have to split the darn thing and take flywheel off to do it?

The rear seals on those 4 hole Fords mostly suck.
But you can install new ones without a split.
Drop the pan and loosen the main bearing bolts so the crank drops down a bit. Then you can get the old ones out and slide in new. They come in two halves.

get ,Lucas engine oil sealer ,,or hub sealer, from napa . on new seals it will solve your problem .,.

Just to say you did it...

Check the oil level, be sure it isn't overfull from fuel contamination or hydraulic oil.

Look at the areas above the leak, be sure it isn't coming from the valve cover.

Check the crankcase vent, make sure it is clean and free flowing.

Well got the oil out ! Going to take a look see inside there and see what I am do with it. This is my 1st seal replacement on ford tractor so I hope all goes well ha.

Well got pan off .... There are two bolts that point down to the floor ? And that's about it .... Then it runs into the clutch area ? Not sure no how to get seal put ?

Well I've taking the two bolts out but really cannot seem to get the piece out away from crankshaft ? Is there anyway to do this without busting up the crank shaft?
