She insisted I try a few homemade c chip cookies! Once again thanks for visiting PA with me....Larry

Sure is pretty around there Larry, thanks for the
pics. Guess I have to call Mrs. Corner to get a pic
of you with your hat.....

Beautiful pictures Larry,
I am an hour and half south of you in Pa.
I mow 3 acres with a walk behind similar to yours, it goes
where the finishing mower won't. Wife tells me it drags me
around, I just try to keep up!!
It's a good work out!!

Geese, Larry, I would have built a sulky with a nice comfee seat for that mower a long time ago.
My hips and legs don't work too well any longer.
As always, nice pics.

Great pics. Everything looks great there.

Have a friend who bakes great chocolate chip cookies (don't tell anybody... but hers are better than my own mama's cookies).

Larry, Why walk when you can ride? I would have a 2 wheel sulky with a seat behind the mower. I'm convinced we only have X number of heart beats in a lifetime. I've never seen anyone running with a smile on their face. So why run and waste heartbeats running or walking? If I'm going to increase my heart rate, by gully I want to be smiling.

Hope you are feeling better.

I do have a sulky you can stand on,,it tends to hurt my back,Sometimes I use the ford and the finish mower for the big areas. The Ford is a block away in the shed,so depending if the trails and all need mowing,I dont go get it every time. Its kind of hard to explain,,,lol ... If I keep mowing both lawns,. eventually I will get a zero turn ride on.,Believe it or not ,the walk behind is not heavy or hard to do,and it gets the job done nice and faster than the finish mower. The doctor said years ago walking is good,he said I Needed more exercise.

Walking is good for back for sure. I have to mow on a Farmall C or a Jubilee, both have he monro seat with a large coil spring. Had to look a long time to find an old one for Jubilee. A riding mower isn't good for your back. I have a feeling you need to borrow a ZTR before you buy. There are some aftermarket seats for ZTRs. Everyone I know says the bad boys are bad on their back. Worst riding mower definitely has to be the old snapper. Better walk, hope it makes you smile.

I would think mowing wouldn't be good for your lungs. All the crap they stir up. I have to wear a respirator, very allergic to grass mold.
