Cracked Flange On A Ford 1320

This tractor is a hydrostatic, and I was wondering why I was losing fluid. Then I noticed a crack in this flange on the right rear tractor axle housing. Any idea how involved it might be to repair or replace this part?

The outer piece should not be too hard to replace.

The inner piece though, isn't that part of the case? Probably going to need a new ear welded on, machined flat, drilled and tapped.

I would go as deep as needed into the axle/differential assy to find out WHY it broke. Something exerted a great deal of force to do that!
