Gehl 2340 Discbine

Are they good or bad? seems to be in good shape but have no knowledge of them can any body help?

Most gehl discbines are good but where will you get parts when the bar blows up? Every discbines eventually gonna need a gear or two.

I had a 2360 for 18 years, same thing just had 1 more disc, 10' model. Good machine, never any issues with the cutterbar, changed oil regularly. I let the oil bath on the right end run dry and took out the roll bearings ( DUHHH). Hi Needs checked regularly, say every 50 acres. I sold it because it didn't cut cleanly on short/tender dairy quality hay but did fine on more mature hay. Rebuilt skid shoes, repaired lift cylinders, repaired tongue that had broken in middle, but did a lot of hard work for me.
