Farmall 350 key

Take a look at Steiners Tractor parts they list one for Farmall 350 ( it fits a number of IH tractors).

Any generic on-off key switch should work. You could even use a toggle switch if you want. Many years ago we pulled the ignition switch assembly out of a junked Chevy car and put it in my Dad's 350. Then we even had turn key starting.

Parts books are kind of screwed up on ignition switch. A Farmall 350 uses a separate ign switch with separate push button starter button. That same key A ll46 fits all IH Farmalls from 350 to 1586. Even 50 series. Any CaseIH store should have separate keys in stock. New switch's come with two keys so I always had a few spares laying around if customer didn't want to mess with two keys. Probably a different part number now, but same key.

If the key is the same blank as a 300u,then I believe it is a B-1 blank.Any locksmith shop would have it,and could copy yours.I even believe my local hardware store has it.Mark

(quoted from post at 15:18:32 05/29/16) Do all the 350's use the same key? I would like to have a spare in case I lose the original. Can't seem to get one at the hardware. Thanks

If it uses the same "funny looking" key as the 300 I used to have around here, it will be the same as some Oliver tractors.. Seems like a key for the 1650 my friend had was the same. It's been about 10 years ago now, but I was able to get a set of spare keys through my local agco dealer back then, think the set was about $10.

I may still have have the extra keys I bought around here.. Will try to remember to have a look in my toolbox tomorrow.

Nope...My 300U has the big clunky brass one. That picture is the latter replacement. He could have either one. The First switch on a 300U has the snap cover that goes over the switch when the key is pulled out. Mine is the next model up without the cover. Here we go with the correct police. What ever you have a dealer...wait, an OLD dealer should be able to help.

Stop by your local JD dealer, the 300 series(lawn mowers) uses the same key.(Not the diesels)

The current key number for the newer switches is 131313C1. For the older ones I use Oliver keys
