851 powermaster value ?

Hello I am new to the form , I need a little help I am helping my dad sell his 851 powermaster it is a diesel and has power steering also has a loader on it tires are loaded and in ok condition rear main seal repaired some hydraulic leaks I would say the paint is fair , I need some help with the value of tractor

If it starts well in cold temperatures and has no serious issues, $4,500 - $5,000 in my area.

Yep, location makes a difference but in my area if it starts and operates as intended that's a 4000-5500 dollar tractor without the rear blade, that's worth another couple hundred also depending on condition.
