the tire is a little bigger around at the groove where it needs to lay in, so i can bolt the 2 halfs together. i don't know if it's right but i put the new tire in the freezer, hoping it will shrink it! any other advice will be appreciated!

Call Yetter! If it is as you think, they probably have a fix for it.
It could be that the (Chinese) rubber molder got the shrink factor wrong when they made the mold, and it is too big. Also some process error might have caused it to shrink less when it came out of the mold. We used to have numerous problems molding plastic parts. You have to use correct heat of the vulcanizing process, correct time in the mold, and correct ambient temperature to keep getting a consistent part. Sometimes the first number of parts of a production run should be thrown away. The molds need to be the correct temperature all the time if you want a consistent part.
It could be that the rims are tapered slightly. If that is the case, it should get tight when you bolt the 2 halves together. Of course that would only help if the parts are right.

Grease the halfs up good and set it in a press the rubber will stretch and hold halfs while you bolt together== just did a IH 185 press wheel had same problems old IH/Massey mechanic showed me how.
