OT..VOLVO XC 90 suv 4x4

Looking at a VOLVO older 4x4 2003 are they any good...for my sons first 4x4 $3500 neighbor has 1 for sale.

O K till you have to have anything done to it or parts. Parts are high and hard to find a shade tree mechanic that can work on them.

We've had the smaller version, an '04 XC 70 for a few years now and it's been trouble free. Really appreciate the AWD in winter.

How many miles and what engine? They come both naturally aspirated and turbo charged. Some even have a V8 in them that is not popular because of gas mileage. The XC90 is a good car as long as the all wheel drive is ok and not giving problems. If not that system is really costly to fix. Taken care of they are great cars and will run a long time. They do not like being beat on though.
