Off brand diesel tractor Name starts with SI

So got a call for ma guy I know that is looking at buying this off brand diesel tractor name is something like SI-Brala or some such. Could not read it in the picture he showed me but look to be close to that as for the name. The guy who has it said he parked it last fall and will not start now. So guess who gets to figure out why it does not run. Tires look to be very good and comes with what looks like a finish mower on it.

I did a google search and came up with shibaura tractors as was mentioned in the other post. Do a search and you will see several linqs to parts and so on

If it is a Shibaura They made several models of Ford- New Holland.

My next door neighbor has a Shibuara(sp?) mini tractor. It's maybe 18 hp. It's butt ugly, sounds terrible but is a tough little rig. He mostly uses a 5' finish mower but also has a tiller and 5' bushog. He has abused it to no end and it just keeps going.

My New Holland has a 30 horse Shibaura engine and it chatters a bit, but sure runs good.
