It partly depends on which transmission it has. 4 sp, 4 sp/w Sherman combo, 5 sp or 5sp/w lpto.
Does it have power steering?
Tin, fenders, paint decent?
Also, what does he mean by blown engine?
Head gasket bad?
Rod hammering?
Big hole in the side of the block?
Those are very popular tractors and generally worth fixing.
Not much to go on for estimating value though.
$100?
Somebody must not like Fords.
