tire pressures

I have a 1066 that i use for plant with a 6100 white planter just a 6 row. I put 14.9 X 46 radial
duals on it the tire shop put 18 psi in them but I think that is way too much, rides real
rough. There is no fluid or weights on the tractor and pretty much no tongue weight. How much
pressure should I have.

14 if you go by cross section , I would drop it to 8 then inflate until inflate til the bag straighten up .

I don't think we run that much in the tires when it doesn't have duals on, much less in the duals themselves. I'd back them off a little. Typically, I think they should have less pressure than the inside tires.
