High mileage motor oil

I have a question about high mileage motor oils, Both of my vehicles 1999 Ford F-350 triton V10 & 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, I have well over hundred thousand miles on them I keep the oil changed & I've used Motorcraft oil since I've owned them. No noticeable oil usage, I just wondering if there is any benefit using the high mileage oil, If so which brand Thanks Dave F.

If it's not using oil, just keep doing what you're doing. You don't need thicker oils with extra additives, which is what the high miles oils are- think STP.

Keep doing what youre doing now no reason to change. Ive ran two engines over 300,000 while using the same oil I used when they where new. Oil change intervals and regular maintenance will get you alot of life out of an engine

I have a 2005 Ford E350 Super Duty with 305000 miles. I have used Motorcraft 5W30 in it from the get go. It will use a quart in 3000 miles, so I just add one and then change it at 6000. Stay with what has been working, no need to change. Oh, it also has the original sparkplugs in it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Keep using what you've been using... they're running good and not using oil now...
My '01 F350 with the V10 has 205,000+ miles and my brother's '95 Ranger has 450,000+miles. Regular oil changes with quality oil and filters...
