Went thru your illustrious town twice yesterday during the worst of the weather. Managed to glance over at the empty lot. Sure leveled ti our didn't they? Would have thought there was a massive hole in the ground, as in a basement? No? Did they have to truck in a lot of fill? Understand they had a bunch of rubble to haul off! Ray

It didn't take them long to get rid of the rubble. I hadn't been by there since the last of it came down until last Friday. The wife said it was all cleaned up in a week. I think there was a basement under some of the west end. They must have filled it because it's flat as a table now.

Now what? Does the township own it, or is it privately owned? For sale? Building plans in the future?

I think they're gonna seed it and mow it for a while. The village owns it. The village garage is right over behind it. The wife said there was something on FB about some dope growers from Colorado buying it in anticipation to it becoming totally legal in Michigan,but it was posted on April 1,so who knows.
