I Spent 7 dollars ,I bought a roll of wire for the garden, and this piece for 5 dollars,i thought I Might fabricate it for hilling potatoes in the garden, later someone at the sale told me it is for an Allis G,,i posted it on their board to find out if it is. Several of my good friends were there too.I spent most of the day bouncing around seeing them,as each one stood at things they wanted to bid on,as there were many auctioneers. My one friend did buy a dearborn three pt cultivator for 65 dollars. His young friend bought a Peaque haywagon for 1500 dollars. As usual my best buy was food. Those Mennonite women can sure cook! The best homemade ham and bean soup,,,2 dollars a bowl.

Kutztown is where my Mother went to high school. I visited there once or twice, it is 5 hours away from here.

Larry, I buy soft drinks from a Mennonite store here in Missouri and they have Kutztown soft drinks which are very good. Is that where they make it? Sorry for the O/T reply. I do like the tractors.

She lived on a farm up the hill past the Lutheran Home at Topton, on Sally Ann Furnace Road. Her parents sold the farm in 1963, the year I was born. I was past the farm about 10 years ago.

There use to be a bunch of those 55's and 550's around this area..spunky little tractors.

So is that they way the Amish get away with having it? Kinda looks like the rims on the low riders the ill eagles have.

Some will not ride on anything with air in the tires so you see a lot of stuff with steel wheels in that area.
