Paint it yellow, and its the "ag truck" from my youth. Vocational Ag dept. had that truck in high school- one ton with stock rack, used to haul kid's livestock to the fair, haul classes out to prune fruit trees, etc. When my cow saw it coming down the road at fair time, she was heading for the hills. . .

From the front view I cannot believe that the grill is not rusted below the headlights. How are the cab corners? Where is the auction? I would love to be there to bid on it. I have a 1952 L110 that has followed me the last 39 years that is in pieces. I wished I had time to work on it.
