Let eBay find one

I need a couple of tractor parts and I have been searching eBay for quite some time with very little luck. Just the other day, I missed a good buy on one of the items.
Is there a way I can get eBay to notify me when one is listed?

I believe there is like a follow this search or something like that? SO if I'm looking for a parts or item I click on follow this search, I think like at the top of the
page, and they send me an email every time some new ones show up or something like that
