JD 4440 Hydraulic Line Couplers

I recently purchased a 1981 JD 4440 and was wondering what Pioneer male hydraulic coupler tip I need on all my machinery to hook up the hydraulic lines? Do they make a universal male tip or is there a special one I need to buy? Thank you.

Do the couplers fit flush or below the face of the box? Or do they stick out past the box? Round shaft handles below the boxes or flat rectangular levers? Flush and round handles will used the tip Tx Jim pictured, Stick out and flat handles pioneer. chris
