OT Shoulder getting better

I got the cortisone shot last Monday, it REALLY hurt all week, so I stopped in and talked with PT that did my last shoulder, he gave me exercises and it is getting better. I can raise my arm straight up above
my head now.

Yep,excercise can do wonders for things like that.

I got the shot, a big rubber band, and a list of exercises from the Dr. about four years ago. He said I needed surgery but we would try that first. I still do the exercises every morning about six days a week and my shoulder feels pretty good. I've had a couple other unrelated operations since but nothing on my shoulder.

what kind of exercices did they have you do.i have pain in my shoulder soon as my hand gets above my shoulder.
