Went to an annual consignment auction today.
JD 4840, with cab, weathered but healthy, $22,000.
1949 JD "G", rough but started right up, $900.
Farmall 300, seemed healthy, live 3 spool hydraulics, recent paint not dark enough red to be actual Farmall color, rear tires kaput, live PTO, $1350.
I might have gotten in on the Farmall if it hadn't been for the rear tires, although for some reason I've never been a fan of the 3 digit number series.
