I had my right shoulder rebuilt 2 years ago, now the left one hurts so much that it makes me sick to my stomach, I might as well just get the MRI done.

Left one done a couple years ago now at work idiot over loaded conveyor belt (in a hurry for break needed a cigarette) boxes got jammed and safety stop not working I got it cleared but i limped along for a month went to doc said I pulled a muscle in the back something in the neck and a uncertain on shoulder. One month of therapy back and neck ok but shoulder still bad my idea take x ray his idea therapy it's workman's comp after 2 months it's still sore and after he gets done yanking on it and it's real bad.
Don't really know the outcome but I'm worried.
Whatever you do make sure you do the exercise friend was busy milking and running the farm he didn't do it now his wife has to help him get dressed possible total shoulder replacement. Good luck

Been there, done that, twice. When it gets to the point you can't sleep, you got to get it fixed.

I had my left shoulder rebuilt with aftermarket parts the first week last december. Have good therapy place and it is really doing great. It isn't worth putting up with the pain.

Mom just had her left one done on Wednesday. She slipped in the parking lot at the grocery store and she had a severe tear in her rotator cuff. She's getting around, but still some pain from the surgery. Hopefully she'll be back in the garden this spring.

Never mind the X-ray, won't show the problem, and don't let the "workman's comp" people screw up your body trying to save money for the company. Insist on an MRI, it will show the problem that the x-ray won't. My right shoulder has been painful for over three years, went to Dr. after two years and he wanted the MRI, Medicare Healthspring Ins. said no, x-ray and physical therapy. Year later they finally consented to the MRI, results were torn rotator cuff that the x-ray didn't show and the extra time just made the problem worse. Back in 1991 my back was injured at work, "workman's comp" Dr.'s said nothing wrong. Six months later after losing case because of no evidence the same Orthopedic surgeon put me in a Cat Scan and announced that I had a herniated disc, never pick up more than ten pounds or sit more than 45 minutes at a time for the rest of my life. Don't let them ruin your health so they can save some money!
