OT/ Peach trees

I have 2 peach trees the same brand Elberta Semi Dwarf. They were bought at the same place on the same day. In the 3 years they have been planted on my place one of them has bloomed every year and the other one has never had a bloom. Any ideas why?

old timer told me once beat it with a ball bat needs woke up !!!! Did it to mine and it worked Like everything else worth a shot.

Maybe too much mulch smothering the roots? Does blossoming tree have less mulch? Tree roots need some exposure to air to properly function (micro-filial roots which reach to surface.)

It works on any kind of tree or plant for that matter.
A good hurricane will have the same effect. It will even cause a tree to bloom out of season.
What it does is put the tree in shock and causes it to produce an adrenalin type hormone that helps the tree grow.

Take a chain and just beat the living crap out of the trunk.
Leaving some gashes in the bark is OK.
Or take a spade shovel and jab it into the ground in several spots around the tree drip line; severing some of the feeder roots will also help.

The close tree needs a real good pruning. Is that yesterdays photo? If it has buds you shouldn't prune . but otherwise you need to cut about 25% of the length sand density of the limbs. Can you identify the main center trunk?
