Barn

Kinda been thinking about putting up a barn. Would like something around 30ft wide by 36 long by 10ft high. Want to try to keep it around about $5,000. Any ideas? Not really sure about what that would cost. Only looked at the Menards barn kits for the most part. I've heard some guys have done all steel posts for some barns? In the Lansing area of Michigan.

Have you tried Big L in Grand Ledge? Their main office in Sheridan is about a mile from my house as the crow flies. I get all my stuff from them.

Go up to 12-14ft,,you will be glad you did latter..10 is too low for a lot of reasons..and it don't cost that much more to go up..

X2 on at least 12' most row crop tractors with a up rite exhaust won't go under an 8' door, come to think of it neither will your head . :roll: :roll:

I ordered a custom overhead door to fit an existing building it was 7.5 foot. I could then get all the 2 cyl. models in and the 4020 with the muffler in place.

Look at Strouds Building Supply they are in Morganton North Carolina see if something like that would fit your needs

Be sure to look around local,I can have a 30X40 put up cheaper than I can buy a kit from the box stores.
