I took the pictures at E&S Sales in Shipshewana IN. Its a bulk food store that is full of pedal toys and looks like custom made equipment also. I look at the displays while the wife shops but they only take cash or checks.

I was there a coupla weeks ago. It's a real neat place and the food prices and choices are great. Like you said, they take no credit cards..

I stopped there back in 96 on my way from Detroit to Kansas and there was a store there that sold nothing but farm toys. We must have spent two hours or more in there looking. Walked out a little lighter in the wallet as well. Neat town to spend time in.

When I was there the farm toy place is right next door to the Blue Gate Inn, a great place to eat! They were remodeling the farm toy place, should be done soon. Another neat place is the rebuilt old mill filled with shops and an antique working carousel on the 3rd floor. Costs $2 a ride. An old Amish guy named Mr. Miller runs it. Another neat place is the mall on the west side of the main road south of the downtown area. They have a really great selection of work clothes and boots including Key bibbs. The hardware store in the same mall has a lot of the stuff the Amish use that you would not see anywhere else. Then toward the south end of town there is Eash Sales, very interesting place with propane freezers, refrigerators, really nice gas ranges and a lot of stuff the Amish people use.
