Sorry it's been a while, but I have been absolutely flat out with work. You wanted to take a look at the five point plan I came up with to help me get over my anxiety and depression. Bear in mind that mental health is very complex with no one size fits all solution.

1. Get proffessional help, follow their advice and accept the support of trusted family and friends.

2. Be prepared to make changes in your life to remove the cause of the problem.

3. Don't reason with it.

4. Don't argue with it.

5. Dominate it.

Be careful with step 2. Make sure you do it with professional advice. Hope this helps and you are doing OK.
