Your photo doesn't make an evaluation possible. Assuming the bed-frame is old, look for a makers name. It's a very spare design. If it is unmarked, it may be a one-off made by its original user. And assuming it is old, the type of wood, condition of the finish and a record or knowledge of ownership, its "provenance", will influence the value.
