Idea for a future feature of pictures from decades gone by? My Dad sold his farm and retired in 1973. I left the farm when I was 16 at that time, my heart is still there. Only have one picture from then. Seems just wasn't important at that time to take photo's. This is the only one I have. What about everyone else?

Never a dull moment around here.

No harm done, you'll likely miss(add) it again by mistake at some point. My band teacher did that for almost 5 school years on every concert(3/4 a year) hand out, that's with me calling him out every time(before and after).

1. Beauregard Honeycutt. Known as "Beau". Watchdog sitting on his square butt "watching".
2. Some Holland Lops we had.
3. Muffin, the Lhasa Apso sister of Beau, the herd boss.

Grumpy the dog and Fearless the ram lamb. He really WAS fearless, walk right up to anyone or anything and expect to be scratched or fed, preferably both.

Grump's long gone but she was a great farm dog, never show a tooth to any of my stock but was death on wheels to chipmunks, rats and starlings. I had (still have...) a problem with starlings getting in the chicken coop and making a mess. I'd let her in the coop and it would sound like World War Three in there. When things quieted down, I'd open the door and out she'd come with as many as three starlings in her mouth.

She'd kill 'em, hold 'em down with one foot while she plucked them, and then eat 'em, beak, feets and all.

Went out to take some photos on a frosty day a while back... daughter's cats photo bombed me.

The calico on the wagon is the evil twin to Loren's cat. :) She's actually the friendliest cat ever -
to the point of being annoying at times... just walks in front of you and flops over to be petted.

Posted the dark tortico cat in the apple tree before - just like that pic.

Baxter, afraid of everything unless it's on the other side of the window. Lol. Also refuses to eat any
raw meat, won't touch it unless it's cooked.

How bout this little robin. He was an only child and his mom kept bringing him worms till he was about to bust.

The three sheep protectors we used to have. All three chased after wolves all over the countryside and eventually never came home.
