Upcoming auction-JD, Oliver, White

Hmm.... I might have to make the drive down. To me, well maintained used equipment is worth every penny.

I caught a good auction by my place 10 years ago when I was needing a little bigger equipment.
Every piece of equipment was clean, maintained, greased and had the owners/service manual in a big ziplock bag on the equipment.

I wish I would have bought more. I bought all I could afford at the time.

Usually if you're lucky enough to find an Oliver Super 44,it's on a collector auction,not a farm sale.
 
I went to high school with the owners' daughter. They also had multiple collector cars and trucks, prize winners.

I have not inspected the equipment, but I know their help washed and waxed every unit whether they had used it that year, or not. Considered some of the best farmers in the area, while not the largest.

Some times you wonder how you might have done things differently many years ago...
 
Let me know if all you guys are coming down/over that day, I'm scheduled to be at work, but I kinda feel something coming on, *cough* cough*! I'd love to host a YT auction day in our little corner of the Mitten! If only I can find a way for you guys to buy a bunch of equipment and "store" it for you at my place...
