Austinburg, Ashtabula County Ohio . Our claim to fame is 18 covered bridges, the longest and the shortest in the United States

Ashtabula County is the largest in the state and the furthest from the state capitol.
 
Midway between Wapakoneta and Jackson Center and in Auglaize county, Mile and half from Shelby county and 5 mile from Logan county
 
Columbiana two countys south of Ted.Yep there is a flock of us , Germ is in Mediana Big Dog is /was down around Circleville Dick L is out in Edon , Larry 806 is out in the western part forget the town. , There is a bunch that are not on here much anymore.
 
I am in Knox County.Did not realize there were so many in Ohio on here. Have to start looking when I go to fairs and tractor shows.
 
Meigs County too-between Pomeroy & Rutland. Spent a lot of time in Coshocton when working @ Conesville Power Plant. Attended school for a time at Marysville after they consolidated with Raymond back in the early 60s, belonged to the FFA there, Odell Miller was the AG teacher.

Are you familiar with Das Dutch Haus? The Chuckwagon Gang is going to be there in April and I am going to see them. I've driven by many many times, but never ate there.
 
Wayne county, near Orrville, east of Wooster. I live down wind of Smucker's and in the late summer and fall it's not uncommon to smell preserves.

Williams County, Just South of Edon. The Farm is at the three mile stick of the Ohio Turn Pike on the South Side. I was raised on the farm that was in Indiana, Michigan with the house in Ohio.
 
I am near Lucerne, and if you know where that is without looking it up you must be local to me, right Casenut?? LOL
 
Is that the one in Shreve Ohio ? If so I sold him that JD H many many years ago that they ended up putting in the restaurant.
Tennis player Tracy Nelson is his daughter too.

I grew up up in Reedsville, right on the bank of the Ohio River. Now I live in Des Moines. Taught Jr Hi in Racine one year-1976.

Don't live there but was stationed at Lockbourn from May '64 through Jan. '65.Some wonderful people out there!

Don, I attended Mt Pleasant grade school on rt 68. Two years Wilmington H.S before moving to Florida in 1954.
 
Lockbourne is a stones' throw away from me. The little village is a lot different today from the way you describe it kinda sad. My uncle was in the AF and lived there about the same time frame you're talking about. I'm just south of there I do have some very good neighbors though.
