temperature gauge

I am looking for a mechanical temperature gauge with a very long capilary about 85 inches (old one mesures 89")for a MM U, so far the longest I can find is 72". Anybody know where I can get one. I have looked at All States Ag parts and on the internet, but no luck. Thanks

A google search for mechanical temperature gauge long,
brings up many options, even saw a 40 foot one.

I got one for my UTU at my local Advance Auto store. Don't recall the length capillary but it was more than adequate (ended up looping an extra 18" or so of capillary under the hood.) Price was less than $20.

I would post this on the MM board. There have been several on there that have restored Us and Im sure they would know where to get them or what to do.

Stewart Warner will have one. I ordered one for a drag boat years back that was pretty long due to routing to the dash. No problem. Specify the length and gauge diameter and they will build to suit.
