I am STOOPID!!!!!! I pulled the rear drums off. Lo and behold one side had short linings and the other had long linings. I guess that explains why it pulled to the side with the short linings. I got the shoes re-arranged and quit for the night. I don't think I made anything worse, which is better than some days. Maybe tomorrow for the next improvement!

That's alright I ordered brakes for my Kawasaki Bayou and when I got finished the first rear side I realized there was not a brake drum on the other rear wheel. Anybody need Bayou rear brakes shoes?

Leading shoe (front of assembly) is the small one. Rear shoe is big. This puts the servo action (self energizing wedging action) in a balanced state so both linings wear evenly. The front shoe wedges the rear applying more pressure to it so it has a bigger surface area. Jim
