If it were me, I'd buy OEM. In my experience with these two parts
we've had nothing but problems with after market...

Which part usually goes first the fuel pump driver module by spare tire or the one in the tank?

Not knowing your location, history of miles on trk.
but here in Pa. most of the time it's 5L8Z9D370A Driver Module
up above the spare tire area. I sell them 125.00 + tax..

The driver module gets corroded badly, when you take it off it often times has a hole in it. Never had to do an actual pump on those yet myself.

I'd buy a 9d370, caution with the wire connector Don't break it.
make sure connection is clean, paint the frame side with grease, then
cover the whole thing with grease after installation....
