The stink bugs are back have been for a couple weeks. Does this say an early spring? Or maybe I just missed winter this year.

All hiding out here, except a few faux lady bugs that managed to get inside the house last fall.

accidently set the smoke detector off while popping corn and lo and behold, a stink bug crawled out of the detector. they weren't as heavy this fall for some reason. my concern is that the warm weather has the bees out so they may burn through winter supplies too soon.

No it means the roller coaster temperatures have them confused. Here we mostly have box elder bugs. Out to the farm the stink bugs are walking all over the windows and swimming in the terlits.

dang flies and false ladybugs fill up my windows have a fly in between the panes now.

watched a spider catch a red wasp yesterday here in central Tenn. in the space between the window & storm window. Neither should be out now. Asian ladybugs walking all over ceilings & walls. Mosquitoes flying around outside. 4 different flowers blooming in the yard. It's been Spring here all winter!

It's -4 degrees now but I chunked the loader in to the soft thawed ground pushing snow this evening. They were tiling east of me yesterday. There was about 10" of rotten frost. This is January in Iowa where we should have two feet or more of hard frost this time of year.
