Wish my employer would buy some of these

Wow!!! Talk about some air pollution!! That cloud of smoke must be somewhere over the Ukraine by now. I'll bet Al Gore is having a stroke over that one!!!

Where is that? It is obviously foreign. What is weird is one of the trucks has a confederate flag on the grill.

The white smoke is melting rubber from "burning tire" . I used to make that color smoke from my first car's rear tires. My rear tires didn't make it more than a couple months. The tire smokin' semi tires had to be trash when he was done. That is a very cool display of play and power.

I did a LOT of stupid things in my younger years, including ripping up my share of tires. (Moving, four-wheeling and driving over schut.)

The ONE thing just just escaped me, though was the joy some guys get out of turning $$$$ tires to smoke while standing still.

I've got a son that's enthralled buy that, like you. I just wish someone could explain to me what the thrill is that you guys find in that!

Bob, mine wasn't standing still, it usually involve drag racing. The lots of smoke came from seeing how long the black marks were, both rears, no brakes involved. Smoking tires was counter productive during a drag race. And yes I had long hair, looked pathic, but I bought the car, modified the engine, paid for my own tires, insurance, everything, while giving my father a honest days work on our dairy farm.

Hi jimg I bet Al's trying to figure out how he can charge carbon tax on these and the big diesel tractor pullers video's every time they are played on youtube L.O.L
Regards Robert

If you think thats good try a YouTube search for "speed plowing Laholm ford" it's farm related and the Ford happens to be my color tractor, so i like
that one best. But there are some video's with green and other colors to. If you like these trucks you will like this video for smoke and pure power
noise but not so much the abuse of equipment.
Regards Robert

LarrySTN- Back then, we also liked to take off in reverse and build up some speed then push in the clutch and slam it into fist and dump the clutch while stomping on the gas. Makes for two pretty U shaped lines on the pavement

I have a friend here in NH that goes up there and competes. He is in one of those videos. It is in the same town, and in that one they pull four loads of lumber up that hill, Two trailers with two loads on each one.

AH! You didn't mention the drag racing part!

WAY cool, compared to burnout contests, whether official sanctioned or not!
