I recently bought a case 300 everything works great except for the 3pt hydrolic any suggestions

First thing I'd do is consult with previous owner. If he/she said it did work? If it was warrantied? If it never had worked? Did it just happen? I guess then start on owner/s manual.

Scroll down to the Case board. This issue has been discussed dozens of times. You most likely need to add oil to the hyds in the torque tube, and your 3pt piston is leaking it into the rear end. Lots more details on the Case forum.

Tail light warrantee. As soon as I see your tail lights going out the driveway,the warrantee is expired.
