Bad Find, Need Help . . . . .

So, I put the AC WC's up for sale with the Tracks on them. Had a bunch of guys interested, went out to get more pictures, and look what I found.... It is clear that these tracks were NOT meant to be on an Allis Chalmers tractor. Someone has welded all kinds of $hit up in there in order to make them work.

I told all of this to the guys that were interested, and I am sure that they will no longer be interested in them.

SO, I still need to try to sell these things, they clearly were meant to go on SOMETHING, but what? Where they have been welded on, it looks to me like they were meant to bolt onto some kind of a flat bottomed tractor? Maybe a drawbar frame or something?

I really just need to figure out WHAT they go on, so that I can properly market then... :/

Any ideas?

THANKS!! Bryce

May of been ARPS tracks they made them to fit all kinds of tractors with the proper brackets. These guys made their own brackets to fit.
Sell them as a do it yourself kit.

One guy is still very interested, with that idea in his head. He wants them to go onto a WD I think he said. Looking at these, they were clearly MEANT to go onto a final drive. I am wondering if there simply wasnt some kind of an attachment plate underneath that was broken (or lost) at one point, and then this junk was welded on? He is thinking that he can just make a plate for them to hook onto, I like that idea myself!!

Now onto the trickier part... I am going to try to make the Schwartz WFE fit onto a Farmall H, then sell the IH Wide Front I have on mine. Not only to get a better turning radius, but, well, just for coolness too.... :p

Well I would think for the coolness factor you would just sell me the Schwartz frontend so that I could put it on one of my tractors and have my name on the front of it. Never been around one to know if they were a good frontend or not, Mike

E-mail me! Let's make a deal! ;)

GREAT front ends! That is what I put on my M, built very big...

This is a good WFE for an H, but I don't think it is big enough on an M....
