Sms asked down on my funny today to update on my boy Nick, so here it is. He is doing much better and healing well. As you can see in the pic he has some awesome zippers on his arm, there is one on each side like that. On monday he got a new cast that is below the elbo, so he is really liking that. He does have to go back for at least one more surgery because the tendon that rotates the arm was totally destroyed so they will need to do a transplant on that when the plates are healed in enough, that tendon will hook to one of the plates. It is likely that he is not going to be able to climb towers anymore tho. He has gotten some indications that they will offer him another promotion up to an office job. They had offered it before but he turned it down then because he didn't want to give up climbing. So he's doing very well and feeling much better. He started therapy this week too. The girl that pulled out in front of him was 18 years old and driving her dad's car, they were insured so that is good too. He also made it to his 1 year aniversary at his company so he qualifies for temporary disability while he is off. He JUST made that tho as his aniversary was tuesday and his accident was wednesday. That cut that about as close as you could. Lol Now he just needs to eat and put on some weight, he lost a lot in the last 3 weeks.
