Cabin Air Filters

Haven't been on site for a long time. Matter of a fact, I had to get a new password to login (what a pain. Anyway I'm back. Guys, I'm in need of assistance. I recently traded a IHC 1066 for a JD 2140 4x4 with loader. I'm in need of cabin filters. The part number is Purolator AF 3092, cross ref to FIN-FA10535. John Deere, NAPA, CARQUEST, ORELIY'S can't cross ref. Found a company in England that can get them from Germany at a cost of $235.00 including shipping. There was a gentleman on this site who lives in Sweinfurt, Germany, can't remember his handle (been too long), but I need 2 of these filters. I've attached photo's of the filter plus the aftermarket cab ID tag. Would appreciate if anyone can get them for me. Thanks

Deere can't get them? I know they are high with parts, but 90% of the time I just go to Deere cause I know they will have it or will have it the next morning.

Try this number;L38596. We did not see a lot of 2140 here with a cab....those that did had a Waterloo factory style cab, by your photo that appears to be a European cab. A parts man might be able to get the dimensions of this part # from the Deere site

Try www.cleanairfilter.com, They make cab air filters. Probably a better filter than you want but it might be a place to get them.

Deere can get them.. they just don't want to. Deere has been slowly cutting back on available parts for some older machinery and discontinued equipment such as chain saws and brush cutters. I owned a couple of Yanmar Deeres.. had lots of parts availability problems. In addition, my Deere dealer who used to cary a lot of Fleet Guard filters cut back and now requires you to order them. I just went down the road to my Case/NH dealer who has them in stock..

Just checked.....that filter is on hand at the Grimsby Ont. parts warehouse.

Thanks guys. I'll call our Deere dealer and give the parts guy the part number you've mentioned. I sent an email to cleanairfilter.com also.
