Pretty fancy if it's home made. Color coordinated duct tape and all. I can't even see it.
Remember,smooth duct tape is the sign of a fine craftsman.

I've used one similar that can be mounted to a front deck ZTM. They can move a lot of leaves in a hurry.

Reminds me of when I cleaned the shop, using a 7.5 hp grain dryer fan hanging from the JD loader, and silo unloader "extension" cord.
