Yeah, it looks like Mid to late 1960's to me. Looks like all of it was filmed in the Mississippi Delta region.

That soil is absolutely terrorized! If we worked the dirt here like that we'd have cement at the first rain. Then we'd be out there with the rotary hoe. There are several things we have learned in recent decades. Soil stewardship would be one. I cringe when I think how we farmed growing up. Disk it to death pulling a packer and plant road to road. If it was a lucky year the seed stayed put on the hills and you got a little something. If not, the sugar sand just blew all winter and summer drifting into the blacktop.
