Lower John Deere b water pipe.

Trying to find number b1118r water pipe for a model b styled Deere? In a 2 5/8s size ?Most on eBay are rusted out bad !As is the one I have..... Rusted and has holes blowing water everywhere.

Wes,Why not get a piece of exhaust tubing and remove the flange from the rusted pipe and weld it to the new piece.

Had the same problem with the B 1811 R lower water pipe on "John B" our 43B.

Removed the old, rusted out lower pipe and hoses.

Took the old pipe to a local muffler shop and fellow made one for me at no charge.

Installed it on the tractor.

It works just fine.

On my 1935 JD B we have a piece of PVC pipe for the lower pipe and it has been on there for at least 25 years now and holding just fine. We did paint it JD green
