Allan you and your family are very lucky
Glad to know your all ok god bless and
As Greg and everyone else has mentioned if
You need anything and or help let us know!
Eddie

Totally not what I was expecting to see, but glad you and the family made it out safe and sound. Someone above was certainly watching over you.

Sorry to hear about you loss. Belongings can be replaced, the most important thing is that you and your wife made it out OK, everything else can be replaced eventually. The way you go about things, I'll bet a dollar you are in a new house in 6 months or less. Chris

Allan, i just saw the news on here a little bit ago. I was truley saddened to hear about it but relieved to hear you and your wife are fine If there is anything I can possibly do from here let me know. If you need a hand with something in NE say the word and I will fuel up the truck, load the dog and head west to do what i can.

Allen,

My heart goes out to your wife and yourself. Your cat deserves a medal. You seem like a really nice/cool guy, I always enjoy and respect what you have to say on this forum. So glad everyone is OK.

Very sorry to hear about this, but glad your ok. If there is anything I can do to help including sending a donation please let me know.

I'm rarely on here, used to be more and always enjoyed your conversation. I live in South Central Iowa and if I can help let me know. I glad all of you made it out of there!! How did that start, anyway?? I can't imagine what it would be like to lose everything in a fire.

I rejoice that you and yours are safe, and find no words to express my sorrow for the lost small things that cannot be replaced. If the forum members can do anything at all to assist in your recovery let us know in clear terms. We have resources and abilities yet untapped. Please depend on us for what we can assist with. it is a community. Jim

Totally agree and support your comments - -and would be happy and proud to ride with you to help Allan!
let me know when and where and what to bring along!

Glad you and your wife made it out OK. Sorry for all the photos and special things that cannot be replaced... but at least you are both still here to tell of it.

As others have said, if there is a place to send a donation - please make it known. We may not have a lot, but we can share.

I went through two house fires growing up, it was a kitchen fire when I was in kindergarten, and another in 9th grade, that gutted the top of our house, where I lost nearly everything. Even though I was young, I still know the feel of losing everything.

Our prayers go out to you. I hope the community jumps in to help ya'll out as they did for us, both times.

So sorry to read about this. :(

If someone would set up the go fund me or paypal acct. we could give to help you some.

Allen: I praise the Lord you are ok physically, I am praying for your mental and spiritual healing. I know that as I have followed your posts, that you ran a computer based business from your home. I hope that you had some backup for your business. I also know that you would not mention it yourself, but for others information, I am sharing a link. Love you mman and if I can help I will. Can't begin to say how sorry I am for your loss. Always appreciate your comments here and the music you provide too.

I know you have saved me a couple of C-notes with your knowledge of GM vehicles over the years. I'll gladly pay up now if there is method to do it.

Can't offer physical assistance, but wish I could.

Glad you and your wife are ok.

Haven't had to face anything like that in my life, but it is one of my biggest fears.

Wow, Very sad to see that happen to you. Any idea how it started? At least the important stuff is safe. (you, family) Please keep us posted. Lots of us are willing to help if possible.

Wow. I too can't really add anything that hasn't been said. So very glad you and your wife were able to get out safely.

We are all glad yall got out!

I understand the sickening confusion of these times; I went to a few of these when I was on the local VFD.
A most trying event to endure.

Hey Allen, sorry about your loss. I know just how it is. lost my house and everything in it back in 200 to fire but we all made it out and was thankful for that. glad you didn't go under.

Glad you and your Wife got out and are O.K. You just took a major shot to the gut, good thing your smart and tough.

So sorry to hear about your fire, Allan. Very sad about your cats. I recall you were hosting some sort of business on servers in your home; I hope you had some sort of business continuity plan in place.

Sorry man , you folks have caught a tough break . Must have been a mix of emotions standing there ,safe but helpless as you watched the fire consume your home. Lost your home , but saved your wife and your own lives, and that is the most important thing of all.Best of luck.

Allen,

Can't really add more. I'm so relieved that you and your wide are OK. I know the next days, months etc will be tough. Hang in there and if we can help, let us know how.

Larry

Most importantly, glad everyone survived unhurt. Sorry about you loss and hope that it can mostly be replaced. Heirlooms, family mementos, pictures, lots of stuff that bring back fond memories unfortunately can never be replaced.

Know the cause? Has been a bit cool the last few mornings and folks have been firing up the furnaces for the first time to take the morning bite out. Is the time of the year to check that stuff out.

Good luck Allan. Hope it all works out for the best.

Mark

lost a barn and some livestock in 2003 and know how i felt over that, but couldn't imagine how bad you feel losing a lifetime of personal property,.....you have my best wishes.......JIM

Allan so sorry like the others are, I bet if most of us were close to you physically, we would all give you a helping hand, but just so you know # 1 I'm glad your family is safe, keep us posted how things are going, and would send you a little help if I had a address as I'm sure that is set up, my email is open

Dan

So sorry to hear of your loss but thankful that you and the wife are OK. Lots of folks on here, including me, will be praying and cheering for you.

Allan, glad you made it out.... I cannot even imagine the chaos of dealing with this, hopefully you have a roof over your head until things settle and you rebuild!

So sorry to hear of this loss. Very glad you got out safe. We lost a house in 1952 no one got hurt. Any way if some one would put in an address so we can send a check. One said there was a credit union to send too but I didn't see the mailing address. Know for sure that I am not very smart and kinda old so I might have missed it. Thanks Jack.

DANG: Glad you are all right - If it had been me, I would have prolly slept through it.
Glad you still have a little bit of humor and will help out in any way I can.

Jim from cIllinoiz
