Going to the Viking Caf? (Fergus Falls, MN) tomorrow morning for my "shot" of bacon!! Nice & thick sliced in their kitchen.
PS: they were awarded the honor of "Best Omelet in MN". Best not to eat the day before so as to have room for it!
