Please help identify rear tractor rims

Dad has this set of rims and tires kicking around the farm, tires are pretty good shape, they are a 8.3-24, kind of a strange size, with an 8 bolt rim. I rolled them out to take pictures so I can advertise them for him. Dad checked his Cub to see if they would go on that, they won't. He would like to sell them, but I don't want to list something that I don't know what it fits. Any idea of value of the set? Maybe I'm outta line, but I told dad he could probably ask $300-350 for them? Not sure though. Can't remember off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure they are BF Goodrich tires. Thanks guys!

I'm thinking Ford too...These are the replacements for the old Hat rims . Ford used 11.2 X 28 , so they were a special app...

Not a Ford guy, dad has an NAA (don't know why), but they do look like the wheels on that, only smaller. What is a "hat" rim?
