Rear tire brand recommendations

Needing new tires for a tractor that will only see parade or very light garden work and will be stored inside. I got these prices from a tire shop (tire only) but don't know if they are good brands or not. Maybe they are all about the same for how the tractor will be used?

12.4-36/8 ply STARMAX TR60 for $310 each
12.4-36/6 ply TITAN FARM TT for $680 each
12.4-36/6 ply MITAS TD-13 R1 for $555 each

any of those would work Just for comparison I found some BKT's at one of my old suppliers for $382.67. We used to find anytime you get into 36" stuff you are sorta at the mercy of someone who has them, they used to be hard to get.

i bought 2 12.4x38 titans real nice tires but expensive.
