Holy Cowfish ! ! Looks like an old GMC with a 300+ CI engine that I had about a gillion yrs. ago. Wowsers !

I said, "Hmmm, I do believe I have seen a photo of that truck before!" Glad to see you got things worked out and got it home.

I remember the 1st time you showed the old hammer. So glad you got it home. I drove an old screamer like that back in the late 50's when I first got a class a license. I pulled a dump trailer with it. We hauled salt all winter out of South Lansing NY and worked hauling rock all summer. The one I drove had a 4 cylinder Detroit in it. It would make a lot of noise but couldn't pull @#$%. I went from that thing to a brand new B61 Mack thought I was king of the hill. How I would love to see your old screamer just for old times. I wonder when we were better off ?? With that kind of equipment we had then or the stuff I retired off in 2007 ?

This has the six cyl gas (503?). First truck I drove on the road was a B model Mack had a V6 GM gas motor, 5 and 2, no power steering big wheel for leverage. Are you in NY still? I'm near Liberty NY come on over and take a look.
