have to say he is right on,,,tonight the wife wanted hamburgers on the grill,,,there was enough for 3 burgers,,,,we each had one with a roll,,the last one I ate with no roll, Just like rrlund said,,,the flavor of the burger is more pronounced,,,very tasty,,never noticed it as much till he said try it.

I usually make whatever burgers can be made from the ground meat pkg. Sometimes 3, sometimes 6 (or more) - always the same size (large, by hand). I have the first 1 with a bun and condiments, 2nd by itself. I have my own recipe like everyone, but after a million yrs., no complaints. Tomorrows menu; Burgers, homemade fries and Beer !
